Your email dispatch volume is automatically tracked throughout the calendar month. On the 3rd day of each month, an itemized invoice is generated reflecting your previous month's usage (minus your 5,000 free allowance). You receive an email notification with a breakdown and a direct payment link.

After your invoice is generated on the 3rd, you have 7 full days (until the 10th of the month) to settle the bill. During this grace period, your SMTP relay service continues without any throttling or interruptions.

Because PhotonRelay uses pure Pay-Per-Use pricing, your bill drops automatically! If you send only 4,000 emails, your bill is exactly $0. If you send 20,000 emails, you only pay for 15,000 emails ($7.50). You never forfeit prepaid credits or pay dormant subscription fees.

None. We charge solely for emails sent ($0.50 per 1,000 emails after the first 5,000 free). API requests, webhook dispatches, domain verifications, open tracking, and click tracking are 100% free and included.
